Cloud spills into the southwest through this evening, stretching into western parts overnight. Remaining dry and settled however with a few clear spells in places. By dawn, some mist and patchy fog developing across the Moors, with winds remaining light. Minimum Temperature 9C.

Monday:

Early morning fog soon clearing to leave a bright, sunny day. Mainly dry, although a few spots of rain may be felt in the far southwest. Warm in the sunshine. Maximum Temperature 23C.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:

Becoming widely dry and settled as high pressure builds from the southwest. Generally light winds and plenty of warm sunshine with temperatures rising above average by Wednesday.

UK Outlook for Friday 20 Jun 2025 to Sunday 29 Jun 2025:

Most parts of the UK are expected to be fine and dry at the start of this period, with a low risk of thundery showers in the west. Then a northwest to southeast split is likely to develop. The wettest and windiest conditions are expected in the northwest, with rain at times which may be heavy in places. It will likely be very warm or perhaps hot at first in the north, quickly becoming near normal or slightly above. More settled in the southeast with conditions drier overall, although some rain will probably spread from the west or northwest at times. There is also the risk that isolated heavy showers and thunderstorms could develop at times. Temperatures are expected to be above normal, perhaps with some hot spells.
